Direct to Home Satellite TV

The public is hereby notified that pursuant to the provisions of the Post and Telegraph Act Cap. 47:01, all subscribers / users of Direct to Home Satellite TV services (including DIRECTV and SKY TV), are required to be licensed and pay an annual fee of $6,000.00 per receiving dish to the National Frequency Management Unit. This applies to those subscribers who are customers of both local and overseas Dealers.
Failure to comply with the above may result in seizure of the equipment or apparatus.
