Application Forms

Several of the application forms available at the Office of the National Frequency Management Unit are now accessible online. These forms were created using Microsoft Excel version 2002, with little variations (without prejudice) to those available in hard copy at the Unit.

The completed forms must be submitted in hard copy at the NFMU office. There is a processing fee of G$500.00 which is payable on submission of the application. Applicants are entitled to an official receipt from NFMU
